- SECURITIES ASSOCIATION LTD, THE
- (TSA) (Ассоциация рынка ценных бумаг) Существовавшая в прошлом саморегулирующая организация (Self-Regulating Organization), в функции которой входило регулирование деятельности брокеров и дилеров по ценным бумагам, опционам и фьючерсам. Ассоциация объединяла большинство фирм-членов Лондонской фондовой биржи (London Stock Exchange). В апреле 1991 г. она слилась с Ассоциацией брокеров и дилеров по фьючерсным контрактам (Association of Futures Brokers and Dealers Ltd), в результате чего образовалась Организация по ценным бумагам и фьючерсам (Securities and Futures Authority Ltd (SFA)).
